Required Skills and Qualifications

We're seeking a highly intelligent, fast-moving individual who combines technical fluency with strong business intuition. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver, native to the AI ecosystem, and motivated by creating a tangible business impact.

  • Solid development experience, with the ability to build functional, scalable solutions (language-agnostic: could be JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral) and automation/orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, LangChain)
  • Fast learner with a proven ability to understand and optimize business processes
  • High degree of independence and initiative - able to run projects autonomously
  • Sharp analytical skills and a structured problem-solving mindset
  • Track record of building practical tools or automations with measurable impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and staying current with AI trends
