Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an innovative Data Scientist to join our team. This role will involve developing actionable insights from analysis and making recommendations on key strategic initiatives.

• Develop visual and interactive dashboards that provide insights and track progress on key strategic initiatives
• Analyze critical business process data, and trends leveraging data from dashboards and other internal data sources to analyze process data and generate reports and insights on findings
• Create, deliver and analyze key metrics using dashboards
• Learn and become an SME using our internal analytics tool (Performance Analytics)

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• M.Sc. with Thesis in Data Science related field (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, AI)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist or a similar role, successfully delivering ML/Data solutions
• Experience using Python for data science and machine learning, including hands-on familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
• Practical experience working with LLMs (e.g. prompt engineering) and classic ML/NLP techniques to create high-quality solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independence and ownership, ability to come up with innovative solutions and evaluate them quickly
• Experience with experimental design, data manipulation, analysis, visualization and developing evaluation metrics for ML models
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
