Business Analyst

Pango, a pioneer in urban mobility solutions, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join its Sales department on a temporary basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for data-driven individuals with a passion for enhancing service operations through insightful analysis and collaboration.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating and maintaining reports on key service KPIs such as response times, customer satisfaction, customer attrition, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, proficiency with BI tools, and experience working in a Business/Data Analytics role or related field. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience are also required.
