We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Growth Leader to spearhead business expansion and partnership development. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will contribute to company-wide strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to identify new revenue opportunities and partnerships.
  • Drive incremental revenue through partner products and strategic collaborations.
  • Bilaterally build and manage relationships with municipalities, enterprise clients, vendors, and key partners.
  • Lead negotiations and secure deals with clear goals, terms, and revenue models.
  • Design and implement Go-To-Market strategies for new services and verticals (mobility, loyalty, fintech).
  • Oversee partnership performance, tracking KPIs and ensuring revenue and business impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech, Finance) to support execution and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or alliances roles, preferably within the tech sector.
  • Proven track record in deal-making, driving revenue growth through partnerships & alliances, and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Experience working across both B2B and B2C models; background in app-based services or SaaS is a strong plus.
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing budgets and business units.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in mobility, parking, or transportation sectors is an advantage.
