As a project leadership professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end hardware projects to successful completion. Your primary responsibility will be to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and client satisfaction.

The Project Manager will work closely with the development team to define priorities, ensuring that products effectively address user needs while maintaining technical integrity and quality.

  1. Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
  2. Collaborating with developers to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow
  3. Ensuring product quality and functionality through thorough testing and validation
Requirements:


• 3+ years of experience in leading hardware development projects


• Strong understanding of software and HW delivery lifecycle - must (strong technical background – advantage)


• Experience in a Scrum Master role (knowledge of Scrum techniques, Jira expert, Microsoft project)


• Proven track record of planning and executing concurrent projects with multiple teams and integration points till completion with quality, time, and budget in an Agile environment.


• Familiarity with electronic circuits - Advantage


• Electronics/Electrical Practical Engineer - Advantage


Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


• Fluent English language proficiency
