Affiliate Partnerships Manager

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates to the Fiverr program, build strong relationships with existing affiliates and work with them to optimize and grow their campaigns.
- Monitor performance at the partner and program levels, analyze trends and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct strategic work to define the long-term vision and goals of the affiliate program, and implement initiatives and projects to support its growth and development.
- Improve operational efficiency by developing infrastructure, automating processes, and integrating AI into our activities.
- 3-5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnerships, working for a global product company in the online industry - a must.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to make informed decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on business development and growth.
- Knowledge and familiarity with Affiliate Networks.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and the online industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal cross-department stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
