. From refining core product capabilities to creating seamless, intuitive user journeys, your work will directly fuel advertiser performance and strengthen our partnerships.

To Thrive In This Role, You'll Need

• Product Management Expertise – At least 2 years of experience driving B2B products from concept to launch, with a track record of delivering measurable impact.
• User Experience Vision - Proven ability to design intuitive, effective UX for complex B2B/B2C platforms, turning sophisticated workflows into seamless user journeys. practices, enabling productive collaboration with engineering teams.
• Exceptional Communication Skills - Able to engage confidently with global stakeholders, including senior-level clients, and align diverse teams behind a shared vision.
• Analytical Sharpness - Skilled at turning data into insight, and insight into compelling narratives that influence product direction.
• Experimentation Mindset - Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests to validate hypotheses and guide product evolution.
• Proactive Ownership - A results-driven approach with the initiative to anticipate challenges, seize opportunities, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
• AdTech Savvy (Advantage) - Background in advertising technology, ideally with hands-on experience serving performance advertisers.

• Lead cross-functional teams through complex product launches that set new performance benchmarks.
• Partner with leaders across product, engineering, algo, and design to launch initiatives that reach millions of users, all while honing your craft at the forefront of ad tech innovation.
• Pioneer next-generation ad formats that push creative boundaries, align with Taboola's long-term vision, and set new performance benchmarks, driving adoption of best practices across internal teams and client campaigns.
• Design and execute large-scale A/B experiments that uncover breakthrough insights, fuel data-driven decisions, and shape the future of our product.
