Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled algorithmic and data analysis Engineer to join our team. This role involves developing, optimizing, and implementing algorithms for complex systems while leveraging data analysis to drive performance improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in algorithm development, statistical analysis, and system modeling to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop algorithms for system performance optimization, signal processing, and predictive analytics
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract meaningful insights and improve system operations
  • Implement and validate algorithmic models through simulations and real-world testing
  • Develop data-driven strategies to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and automation
  • Work closely with with the system engineers and cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and product teams, to integrate algorithms into production systems
  • Evaluate and improve existing algorithms to optimize accuracy, speed, and computational efficiency
  • Create comprehensive documentation for algorithms, methodologies, and analysis reports

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. in Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • 3-10 years of hands-on experience in signal processing
  • Proficiency with simulation tools such as Python or MATLAB
  • Strong understanding of signals from various sources
  • Experience in biophysics
  • Ability to work independently with strong communication skills
  • Ph.D. or Postdoctoral experience in Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Physics – advantage
