תיאור המשרה
:

·     ניהול צוותי פיתוח, הנעתם ופיתוחם בהיבט המקצועי (ניהול ישיר של ראשי הצוותים), גיוס, שימור, פיתוח עובדים: ביצוע משוב תקופתי לעובדים, והגדרת יעדים אישיים

·     בניית תוכנית עבודה שנתית לתחום בהתאם לעדיפות קופתית, בקרת תוכנית עבודה ובחינת ישימות דרישות חדשות ושילובן בתוכנית העבודה, תוך עמידה בלוחות זמנים וקידום משימות  שוטפות עם גמישות גבוהה לשינויים לפי עדיפות

·     הכרות טובה עם ארכיטקטורת המערכות ויכולת למצות את המערכות על מנת לספק פתרון איכותי ומהיר לצרכי הלקוחות

·     קידום המערכות בהיבטים טכנולוגיים לטובת תמיכה בצרכים עתידיים, התאמה לממשקים חיצוניים ודיגיטל

·     ניהול מחזור החיים של כל מערכת, לרבות מערכות בתחזוקה או פרויקטים במערכות שבאחריותו

·     הובלת תהליכי מודרניזציה של מערכות ליבה רוחביות ומורכבות

·     שותף.ה בפורום הנהלת אגף מערכות מידע

דרישות התפקיד
:

תנאי סף

  • תואר ראשון במדעי המחשב/מערכות מידע/תעשיה וניהול התמחות מערכות מידע/מערכות רפואיות או תואר אחר וניסיון מוכח בניהול צוותי ופרויקטי פיתוח
  • ניסיון של לפחות 10 שנים בניהול פיתוח, מתוכם 5 שנים בפיתוח מערכות ליבה ובמערכות web
  • ניסיון של 5 שנים בניהול צוותי פיתוח שכוללים מתכנתים ומנתחי מערכות
  • ניהול פיתוח של מערכות ופרויקטים בהיקפים של מאות ימי עבודה בשיתוף ספקים חיצוניים ואינטגרציה (בעדיפות לפיתוח בתחומים מגוונים)

תיאור המשרה
:**

· ניהול תחום פיתוח, הנותן מענה לצרכים עסקיים, טכנולוגיים והובלת חדשנות והתחדשות במערכות הליבה של התחום

· ניהול צוותי פיתוח ברמה האישית והמקצועית, הובלה מקצועית וניהולית של צוותי הפיתוח, כולל קביעת יעדים אישיים, הערכות ביצועים, הנעת ושימור עובדים וביצוע משוב תקופתי לעובדים

· קידום שילוב דרישות חדשות בתוכנית העבודה, לצד הובלה של תחזוקה שוטפת של המערכות

· ניהול תוכניות עבודה שנתיות, מעקב שוטף אחר משימות, תקציב ולוחות זמנים

· הובלת הפיתוח, תחזוקה ומודרניזציה של מערכות ליבה, כולל SAP, AS400 ומערכות ניהול בתי מרקחת

· אינטגרציה רחבה בין מערכות ליבה, מערכות פיננסיות, לוגיסטיות, רפואיות ותפעוליות

· אפיון והטמעת פתרונות טכנולוגיים בהתאם לצרכים משתנים של יחידות הקצה

· אחריות לניהול פרויקטים רוחביים ומורכבים, לרבות עבודה עם גורמים נוספים באגף, בארגון, ספקים ויועצים.

· שותף בפורום הנהלת אגף מערכות מידע

o      ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בפיתוח והטמעה של מערכות ERP מבוססות SAP - חובה ניהול פיתוח של מערכות ופרויקטים בהיקפים של מאות ימי עבודה בשיתוף ספקים חיצוניים ואינטגרציה (בעדיפות לפיתוח בתחומים מגוונים)
