Role Description

The Customer Success Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for driving customer satisfaction and long-term value. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, focused on building strong relationships, driving platform adoption, and ensuring they achieve their business goals using Digitrade. Your daily responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, managing accounts, and collaborating with our sales and product teams to continuously enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management, or Support).
  • A genuine passion for ensuring customer satisfaction and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to Have

  • Professional experience in the e-commerce or SaaS industry is a significant advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
