We're looking for a strategic and analytical Finance Business Partner to join our Strategic Finance team and play a key role in supporting two of our most business-critical areas — the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) organization and the Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership, spanning regional expansion, product monetization, and AI-driven growth initiatives.
This high-impact, global role is based in Tel Aviv, where you'll collaborate closely with senior leaders across Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, and Product GTM to drive financial strategy, guide investment decisions, and enable scalable growth. You'll be a trusted advisor to leadership — connecting financial insights with strategic execution to help shape how we acquire, grow, and retain customers worldwide.
About The Role- Serve as a finance partner to the CCO and GTM VP, providing visibility, clarity, and strategic guidance on planning, budget management, and performance optimization across customer success, customer support, AI product GTM, and regional expansion initiatives.
- Own end-to-end forecasting and planning processes for revenue-related functions — including headcount, operating expenses, and customer efficiency metrics
- Develop financial models and frameworks to support decision-making on investments in customer service and customer success coverage, AI product rollout, regional scaling, and regional expansion
- Translate data into strategic insights, connecting leading indicators (pipeline, NRR, churn) with financial performance to inform company-level planning and quarterly business reviews.
- Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Strategy, HR, and BizOps to align GTM capacity planning, incentive design, and productivity initiatives with financial targets.
- Shape the company's financial infrastructure by improving tools, dashboards, and processes that enhance forecast accuracy, efficiency, and transparency across GTM and Customer Success teams.
- Drive accountability for KPIs and OKRs within customer and GTM functions through consistent tracking, performance reviews, and data storytelling.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Business Partnership roles — ideally supporting Sales, GTM, or Customer Success in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to connect financial performance with commercial drivers (e.g., pipeline efficiency, customer retention, pricing, and ARR expansion).
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data storytelling skills — you can distill complex metrics into clear insights for senior leaders.
- Experience working cross-functionally in global, fast-paced organizations, collaborating with GTM, Product, and Data teams.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence presenting to executive stakeholders.
- A hands-on, proactive approach — you anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and drive clarity across competing priorities.
