As part of our mission to create seamless live event operations, we're looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help coordinate, prioritize, and deliver initiatives that move our product and partnerships forward.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will serve as the operational bridge between product, engineering, and business teams. You'll manage multiple projects across product development and client delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and smooth execution from kickoff to release.

You'll thrive in this role if you're detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about turning ideas into action while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Ownership:
    Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple teams — from new feature rollouts to client implementations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    Act as the communication hub between Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure everyone's aligned on priorities and timelines.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    Identify bottlenecks early, resolve blockers, and maintain project momentum.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Maintain clear project documentation, track KPIs, and present updates to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Communicate progress, decisions, and outcomes effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project or product management, ideally in SaaS, tech, or event software environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Experience working with tools like Jira, Asana, or
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • A "get-things-done" mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced startup culture.
