Axon Pulse is revolutionizing radar signal processing by fusing classical algorithms with state-of-the-art AI and deep learning techniques. Our next-generation technology pushes the boundaries of radar performance, enabling smarter detection, tracking, and classification. 

We're hiring an organized, proactive project manager to drive operational excellence, stakeholders relationships, and on-time delivery across our R&D projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery:

Deliver projects on scope, budget, and on time.
- Communication Management:

Acting as the key point of contact between stakeholders, clients, and the project team. Ensuring clear, timely, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Agile Leadership:

Assigning responsibilities, motivating members, and ensuring collaboration,

facilitating Agile methodologies - ceremonies, removing blockers, and coaching teams.
- Monitoring, Reporting, and Quality Control: Tracking progress against the plan using KPIs and milestones. Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Preparing progress reports and recommending corrective actions when needed.
- Risk Management:

Identifying potential risks, issues, and dependencies early. Developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Budget and Resource Management:

Managing project budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource utilization. Monitoring expenditures to keep the project financially on track.
- Operational excellence:

Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills.
  • Proactive, curious, independent, and a fast learner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with engineers and clients on technical projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, technological understanding, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields (Master's is an advantage).
