Clinch, a leading SaaS company in the ad tech space, is hiring an AI Engineer to join our cutting-edge Generative AI team. Based in our Caesarea R&D center, this is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced AI, product innovation, and scalable engineering.

We're building intelligent AI agents that automate and optimize complex workflows for global brands and agencies — combining data, creativity, and logic in ways never seen before. As an engineer on this team, you'll play a core role in shaping the future of AI-driven solutions in the marketing world.

About the Role

This isn't just another full-stack position. You'll join a high-impact, cross-functional team focused on building our agents' orchestration infrastructure. You'll work with the latest in LLMs, smart orchestration layers, and intuitive frontends — turning complex business logic into seamless AI-powered user experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Develop full-stack infrastructure for AI-powered agents — from backend logic to sleek frontends.
  • Design and implement dynamic interfaces in React and TypeScript, enabling users to interact with AI agents intuitively.
  • Collaborate with product, AI engineers, and UX designers to bring smart automation to life.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code that supports rapid iteration and scale.
Requirements
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a startup mentality: proactive, adaptable, and product-oriented.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development in modern tech/SaaS environments.
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Software engineering from a leading university ,OR ,equivalent experience from IDF tech unite
  • Proven experience with React, TypeScript.
  • Proven backend development experience with
  • Solid knowledge of MySQL or similar relational databases.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI/LLMs — no need to be an expert, but eager to learn and build.
  • Bonus: Experience with C# or integrating with external APIs and microservices.
