We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join our excellent recruitment team

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will manage the recruitment life-cycle from start to end.
  • You will create a good and pleasant candidate experience.
  • You will understand the company's units needs that you will support.
  • You will collaborate with external agencies for finding and locating candidates.
  • You will use social media to interact with potential and relevant candidates.
  • You will make behavioural assessments to find the most suitable candidates for the opening positions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience – a MUST.
  • B.A in Human Resources/Social or Behavioural Science – a MUST.
  • Experience with technical recruiting – an advantage.
  • Self-learner, active, out of the box thinker; independent, knows how to work in a team
