is looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our team in Petah Tikva. This dynamic role involves managing
end-to-end recruitment processes
for technology positions in leading organizations across both private and governmental sectors.

In this role, you will:

  • Source candidates through
    social networks
    , including
    LinkedIn
    .
  • Conduct
    in-depth phone interviews
    .
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process and coordinate with
    client managers and strategic clients
    .
  • Work closely with some of the
    largest clients in the market
    , across private and governmental sectors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience in technical recruitment
    – mandatory.
  • Experience conducting
    in-depth phone interviews
    .
  • Proficiency with
    LinkedIn Recruiter
    .
  • Sales-oriented background or mindset – advantage.
  • High motivation, eagerness to grow, and strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, dynamic environment
    while meeting targets.
