We're Hiring: System Engineer – Motion Control & Electronics Expert

GFT is looking for a *System Engineer* with a strong background in *electronics*, *motion control systems*, and experience in *multidisciplinary R&D environments*.

This is a key role for someone who combines *system-level thinking*, *algorithm development*, *embedded systems integration*, and direct interaction with advanced OEM clients.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Lead system design and integration of electronic motion control systems 

  • Define system requirements and tailor solutions for OEM customers 

  • Develop control algorithms, sensor interfaces, and embedded systems 

  • Write technical specifications for motors, sensors, and PCBAs 

  • Collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams from concept to production 

  • Hands-on involvement in validation processes and transition to manufacturing 

*Key Skills:*

  • Strong system architecture understanding with hardware-software interface focus 

  • Detail-oriented engineering mindset with broad technical vision 

  • Proven experience in multidisciplinary development environments 

  • High-tech companies in aerospace, automation, or robotics 

  • R&D leadership roles with involvement in complex system projects 

*Requirements:*

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – required 

  • Experience in motion control systems – strong advantage 

  • Embedded systems experience – advantage 

  • Background in developing motion-related algorithms (e.g., sensor-based positioning)
