Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Nes Ziona. The role involves managing relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, analyze business opportunities, and create tailored strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to overall business growth. The Key Account Manager will also play a vital role in ensuring long-term partnerships with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in Business Planning and experience in developing growth strategies
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to address client concerns and deliver tailored solutions
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating business performance and opportunities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Previous experience in the process control or fluid control industry is an advantage
- Relevant academic background in business, engineering, or a related field
