Software Sources Ltd. is an experienced company with start-up vibes, founded in 1992 and still keeping a scale-up culture. We are the exclusive distributor in Israel of international software companies such as Intel, Zoho, Manage Engine and more.
A Software Sources Account Manager establishes relationships and engages with the business and IT management level to identify opportunities and sell our products and services directly to new and existing accounts or specified strategic accounts. They use their experience selling complex software solutions to large enterprise accounts to effectively build and lead teams of resources to achieve established account strategies.
We are currently seeking our newest Account Manager to join the team in Israel Being a small company with a family atmosphere we are the place to grow and develop yourself professionally.
Major Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain relationships with both business and IT customers.
· Understand and navigate account procurement practices to successfully negotiate profitable licensing contracts.
· Work in a team with other account managers.
· Solve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with our products and services.
· Exceed sales targets and demonstrate continuous progress towards achieving account strategies.
· Serve as the primary contact person for 1st level support issues requiring escalation.
· Ensure accurate and timely forecasts and management reporting in CRM
Skills
· Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles end to end.
· strong organizational skills
· Strong selling ability – critical questioning, listening, analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation.
· Great strategic thinking with the ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, develop business cases, negotiate and close deals.
· Solid understanding of our technologies.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree
· At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience
· Fluent in English and Hebrew
· Experience using sales automation tools such as CRM
· Experience in negotiation and selling software licensing – an advantage
