What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full
    sales cycle
    – from
    prospecting
    and
    lead generation
    to
    negotiation
    and
    closing deals
    .
  • Build and grow
    long-term client relationships
    with founders, HR leaders, and tech executives.
  • Identify
    new business opportunities
    , bring in
    qualified leads
    , and turn them into loyal clients.
  • Partner with our recruiting teams to deliver world-class
    talent acquisition
    and
    staffing solutions
    .
  • Nurture and expand
    key accounts
    , driving
    account growth
    ,
    upselling
    , and
    cross-selling
    .

What we're looking for

  • 1+ year in recruiting / talent acquisition
  • must have.
  • 2+ years in sales
  • must have.
  • Exprience in
    B2B sales / business development / account management -
    huge advantage.
  • A valid driver's license - required.
  • Relentless,
    goal-oriented
    , and
    target-driven
    personality – must have.
  • Strong
    communication and negotiation skills
    and a love for meeting people.
