What you'll be doing
- Manage the full
sales cycle
– from
prospecting
and
lead generation
to
negotiation
and
closing deals
. - Build and grow
long-term client relationships
with founders, HR leaders, and tech executives. - Identify
new business opportunities
, bring in
qualified leads
, and turn them into loyal clients. - Partner with our recruiting teams to deliver world-class
talent acquisition
and
staffing solutions
. - Nurture and expand
key accounts
, driving
account growth
,
upselling
, and
cross-selling
.

What we're looking for
- 1+ year in recruiting / talent acquisition
- must have.
- 2+ years in sales
- must have.
- Exprience in
B2B sales / business development / account management -
huge advantage. - A valid driver's license - required.

personality – must have. - Strong
communication and negotiation skills
