Global Account Manager
to lead strategic customer relationships, drive international growth, and ensure top-tier service delivery.

This role will focus on acquiring and retaining both domestic and global customers while collaborating closely with internal teams to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition & Retention:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through ongoing engagement, satisfaction assessments, and service improvements.
  • Global Account Development:
  • Partner with global account managers to identify opportunities and expand relationships with multinational clients.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Prepare presentations, business reviews, and data-driven reports to evaluate service performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Deliver against established KPIs and contribute to the company's strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, customer acquisition, or customer success (logistics industry a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Business English – written and spoken.
