Transworld Logistics is seeking a dynamic
Global Account Manager
to lead strategic customer relationships, drive international growth, and ensure top-tier service delivery.
This role will focus on acquiring and retaining both domestic and global customers while collaborating closely with internal teams to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition & Retention:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through ongoing engagement, satisfaction assessments, and service improvements.
- Global Account Development:
- Partner with global account managers to identify opportunities and expand relationships with multinational clients.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Prepare presentations, business reviews, and data-driven reports to evaluate service performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Target Achievement:
- Deliver against established KPIs and contribute to the company's strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, customer acquisition, or customer success (logistics industry a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Business English – written and spoken.
