Sales Manager LATAM – Defense

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager- LATAM to lead business development and sales efforts in the LATAM defense and aerospace markets. The ideal candidate possesses a background in technical sales (GNSS, radar, RF, or related electronic systems) combined with strong interpersonal and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with customers in the defense, aerospace, and homeland security sectors across LATAM
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue goals
- Understand customer technical requirements and translate them into actionable proposals in collaboration with the engineering and product teams
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
- Support bid and proposal activities, including pricing, contract negotiation, and partnership development
- Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitors, and procurement programs within the defense and radar ecosystem
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the GNSS, RF, radar, EW (Electronic Warfare), or defense electronics domains.
- Native proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written) - Must
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong network within the LATAM defense industry and familiarity with procurement channels
- Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently and as part of an international team.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Portuguese proficiency is a plus
