About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Account Manager
professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end partnership process, from prospecting to onboarding, while also helping to manage and grow existing partner relationships. You will gain valuable exposure to affiliate marketing, sales strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and approach potential partners aligned with Smart Gravity's strategic goals
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and negotiation to contract signing and onboarding
  • Own the ongoing relationship with current partners, driving retention, upsells, and performance growth
  • Monitor and optimize partner performance, resolving issues and unlocking new revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align goals, implement feedback, and improve partner experience
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new verticals and growth opportunities within existing verticals and partnerships

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships Management, or marketing (affiliate experience is a strong advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency is mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with the ability to build lasting partnerships
  • An analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and campaign performance analysis
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities with precision and accountability
  • Fast, independent learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong work ethic with a high level of commitment, discipline, and personal standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field (exceptional final-year students may be considered)
