This is a strategic, hands-on role that's all about finding amazing people, and giving them an unforgettable candidate experience. You'll lead hiring across Dream and own full-cycle recruitment, helping us scale with vision and intention. 

We are looking for a strategic talent partner who understands business needs, provides market insights, and influence decisions with data-driven recommendations. 

You'll be a key partner in shaping Dream's culture, by attracting and hiring top talent in an innovative, mission-driven environment. 

The ideal dreamer has: 

  • 4+ years of hands-on & strategic tech recruitment experience, preferably in the AI or Cybersecurity domain 
  • Experience in conducting in-depth, behavioral interviews that uncover both technical competencies and cultural alignment 
  • Is proactive, curious, has great sense of urgency and drive to make matches between people and opportunities 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and loves to get things done 
  • Is people-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
