Role Overview:

—serving as a key force behind Zap's evolution into a performance-driven commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Zap's revenue growth across business lines, including click-based advertising and marketplace commissions.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of commercial and category managers to drive partner acquisition, retention, and success.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with leading retailers, importers, and brands—especially in consumer electronics and home categories.
- Own the commercial positioning toward partners, including promotions, exposure packages, and co-branded initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities across categories, merchants, and underdeveloped verticals.
- Use performance analytics and customer insights to create data-driven growth plans.
- Lead the full commercial cycle: from pipeline development and negotiation to implementation and long-term value creation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, analytics, finance, and operations to deliver seamless execution.
- Continuously improve commercial processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of proven experience in commercial leadership, business development, or partnership management within eCommerce, digital retail, marketplaces, or media monetization.
- Deep understanding of B2B dynamics, pricing models, performance-driven solutions, and promotional planning.
- A strong track record of negotiating and managing strategic accounts and long-term relationships.
- High analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Excel, BI platforms, Google Analytics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—both internally and externally.
- Business intuition, ownership mindset, and execution discipline.
