We're looking for a
DevOps Team Leader
to guide a team of talented engineers and drive cutting-edge infrastructure, automation, and AI-based solutions for our customers.

What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing DevOps team, including recruiting and training junior team members.

Design and implement advanced cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Cloud, Security, AI).

Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines.

Work with modern technologies:
Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub
, and more.

Drive DevOps best practices, automation standards, and methodologies.

Manage technical relationships with customers.

Lead hands-on (70%) while guiding the team technically, operationally, and personally.

Requirements

2+ years
of experience in at least one public cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP), including AI services.

2+ years
of hands-on experience delivering cloud infrastructure (AI, Networking, Storage, Security, Monitoring, VMs, PaaS).

Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines & cloud automation.

Proficiency in scripting:
PowerShell / Bash / Python
.

Hands-on experience with IaC tools:
Terraform, ARM, Ansible, Bicep, or CloudFormation
.

Experience with Git repositories and DevOps workflows.

Experience with Docker/containers.

Strong Linux skills are a
big advantage
.

Experience managing Kubernetes environments —
advantage
.

Fast learner with a passion for new Cloud & IT technologies.
