Responsibilities:

  • Handling invoices from local and international service and goods vendors, including foreign subsidiary vendors
  • Recording expenses and processing payments
  • Handling employees' T&E reimbursements – recording expenses and processing payments, including interfacing with the company's employees
  • Credit cards – recording expenses and performing reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts

Requirements:

  • Level 3 bookkeeping degree
  • Fluent English – mandatory
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working in a global high-tech company – advantage
  • Knowledge of manufacturing information systems – advantage
