We're Hiring – Network Administrator (Operations, Monitoring & Control)

A leading financial company is looking for a
Network Administrator
to join the
IT Operations Department
, based primarily in
Emek Hefer.


About the Role

The IT Operations unit is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's data center sites – including Emek Hefer and Herzliya. The work covers two main areas:

  • Supporting Systems
    : electricity, monitoring, air conditioning, and facility infrastructure.
  • Data Center Infrastructure (DC)
    : planning, execution, and operation of passive infrastructures (fiber optics & copper), managing the DCIM system, and optimizing DC assets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement passive infrastructure cabling.
  • Install IT equipment in server/network racks, including basic configurations if required.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Update and manage the DCIM system according to service requests.
  • Manage IT inventory.
  • Work closely with infrastructure teams based on defined SLAs.


Work Structure

  • Shifts
    : Sunday–Friday (morning / evening / night), including Friday mornings and occasional Saturday evenings (approx. 4 hours).
  • Main site:
    Emek Hefer
    .
  • On-call duty outside regular hours (alternating shifts).


Requirements

  • At least
    1 year of hands-on experience
    with data center facilities: passive communication infrastructure (fiber & copper), servers, storage, networking, and IT equipment.
  • Experience in physical installation of IT equipment; basic configuration knowledge.
  • Experience with DCIM systems – advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience with PC support – advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, responsibility, and ability to work in shifts.
