System Administrator

A leading technology company is seeking a highly skilled
System Administrator
to join its engineering team. This on-site role offers the opportunity to work in a complex, dynamic environment while managing and maintaining advanced IT infrastructures that support mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory, including DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
  • Manage and support virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V).
  • Lead and execute system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects.
  • Ensure system security, high availability, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize critical IT systems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a System Administrator, or relevant military/technological background.
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 / Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware or Hyper-V environments.
  • Knowledge of backup solutions, storage management, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience working in large-scale or mission-critical environments – an advantage.
