About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team. The System Administrator is responsible for managing backups for over 2,000 servers. This role involves the setup, maintenance, and operation of backup systems for companies both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities include monitoring backup processes, conducting recovery and data restoration exercises, and documenting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, maintain, and operate backup systems.
  • Monitor and control backup processes.
  • Perform recovery drills and data restoration.
  • Write detailed documentation for systems.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory VEEAM Certification: Expertise in VEEAM backup solutions.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with VEEAM systems.
  • Proficient in setting up VEEAM and Veeam ONE.
  • Experience with environments including SQL, Windows, Linux, Vsan, Vmware, NetApp, Azure, and Office365.
  • Familiarity with full system recovery processes within short time frames.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, virtual environments, networking, and optical switches - major advantage.
  • Familiarity with Exagrid systems - major advantage.
  • Familiarity with AS400 administration - major advantage.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
