Key Account Manager

This role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in oncology care in Israel. You will lead strategic engagement with healthcare professionals and institutions, ensuring patients have access to innovative treatments.

Please note that this is a field based role.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and oncology centers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with local healthcare dynamics.
- Provide scientific education and support to healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including medical, marketing, and market access, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategies.
- Ensure all activities comply with ethical standards and local regulations.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in oncology or hematology sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Hebrew and English.
- Ability to travel within the country as required.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's degree in Life Sciences or Business.
- Experience in key account management or product launches.
- Familiarity with Israel's healthcare system and oncology landscape.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
