IAI's Aviation Group is seeking a Process Technician to join the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) Division located at Ben Gurion Airport.

This is a hands-on technical position in a high-precision aerospace environment, involving operation of advanced machinery, process systems, and work with cutting-edge composite materials.

The position includes:


• Operating and maintaining production and process machines, including computer-controlled mechanical systems


• Performing technical and maintenance tasks involving composite and plastic materials


• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering instructions in English


• Executing work according to strict safety and quality standards


• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary production team in a dynamic, technology-driven environment

What we're looking for:


• At least 2 years of proven technical experience – required


• Technical diploma / Practical Engineer – advantage


• Good command of English (reading and writing) – required


• Ability to read and understand technical drawings – strong advantage


• Experience operating CNC or robotic systems, or working with composite materials – advantage


• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime – required


• Background in the Air Force or Ordnance Corps (IDF) – advantage
