A fast-growing robotics startup in Tel Aviv is looking for a
hands-on Robot Assembly & Installation Technician
to join its innovative team.

The company develops autonomous robotic platforms that perform building maintenance and cleaning using AI-driven technology — improving safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

What you'll do:

  • Assemble, install, and test robotic systems combining mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
  • Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
  • Support engineering teams with system integration and NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace in both lab and field environments.

What we're looking for:

  • 2–4 years of experience in system assembly or installation
    (e.g., robotic systems, drones, or other electromechanical setups).
  • Strong hands-on technical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Technical background from a relevant military unit or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools and a basic understanding of electronics.
