A fast-growing robotics startup in Tel Aviv is looking for a hands-on
Robot Assembly, Installation & Systems Technician
to join its team.

The company develops autonomous robotic platforms for building maintenance and cleaning using AI-driven technology, improving safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

What you'll do

• Assembly & installation:
  Assemble, install, and bring up robotic systems combining mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
• Calibration & troubleshooting:
  Perform calibrations, functional tests, first-line troubleshooting, and basic repairs in lab and field environments.
• Systems & configuration:
  Access and configure systems (Linux/Windows), work with CLI/SSH, manage logs, and apply configuration files.
• Scripting & automation:
  Write light scripts (Python/Bash/PowerShell) to automate installs, tests, log collection, and configuration.
• Integration & NPI:
  Support engineering with hardware/software integration and assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and procedures.
• Safety & organization:
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years
  of experience in system assembly/installation (e.g., robots, drones, electromechanical systems).
• Strong
  hands-on
  skills and high attention to detail.
• Relevant technical background from military or industrial environments.
• Operating systems & tools:
  Comfortable in Linux, using CLI/SSH, reading logs and config files.
• Scripting (required):
  Proficiency in at least one of
  Python / Bash / PowerShell
  .
• Basic electronics skills (wiring, crimping, multimeter use) and proficiency with hand/power tools.

Nice to have:
Docker basics, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP), experience with sensors (cameras/IMU), control systems exposure, Git and basic CI/CD.
