We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Regulatory Reporting Specialist
to join our investment division. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and validating regulatory reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting decision-making processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly investment reports to regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
  • Perform controls and validations on investment data, including asset values, exposures, and returns.
  • Analyze investment performance across different portfolios and generate insights and conclusions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external entities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Support audits, build processes for continuous improvement, and contribute to lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
  • Knowledge and understanding of capital markets and financial instruments.
  • Experience in investment operations, performance analysis, controls, or back-office roles in banks or investment firms.
  • Advanced Excel skills - mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Advantages:

  • Familiarity with BI tools or systems such as Danel - a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience with regulatory reporting in the financial sector.
  • Previous work in the Ministry of Finance, Capital Market Authority, or financial institutions.
