Social & Community Manager
to build and engage our digital community, lead social content creation, and help amplify our brand's voice across key platforms.
About the Role
As our Social & Community Manager, you'll run our social channels end-to-end — from content ideation and creation to community engagement, influencer collaborations, and customer storytelling. You'll play a key role in turning social media into a powerful engine for awareness, connection, and growth.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging content (copy, visuals, short-form video) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and social presence across platforms
- Build and nurture our online community by responding to comments, messages, and conversations
- Identify happy customers and help turn them into brand ambassadors
- Coordinate and communicate with influencers to drive awareness and advocacy
- Support campaign development with creative ideas and social-led storytelling
- Monitor social analytics to understand what's working and optimize accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, community-building tactics, and emerging formats
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management
- Strong content creation skills (copywriting + video/visual creation), including the ability to work with AI tools to streamline and enhance content production
- Passion for building online communities and engaging with customers
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn
- Ability to manage multiple channels and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Creative thinker with a data-aware mindset
- Experience with influencers or ambassador programs is a big plus
- Experience in health or wellness is an advantage
- Proactive, curious, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a fast-moving startup
