Job Description:

  • Participation in the preparation of semi-annual and annual financial statements, including calculations, working papers, and required reconciliations.
  • Liaising with external auditors during the annual audit process.
  • Performing financial analyses and accounting reconciliations.
  • Responsibility for recording monthly entries in the system for preparation of budget performance reports.
  • Preparing materials for reporting to U.S. government authorities.
  • Conducting ongoing audits in various fields.
  • Leading and supporting accounting projects.
  • Providing professional accounting guidance and advice to employees in other units.

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) –
    mandatory
    .
  • At least 2 years of experience in auditing, including preparation of financial statements –
    mandatory
    ; preference for experience in one of the Big Four firms.
  • Proven experience working with Excel –
    mandatory
    ; experience with ERP systems (especially Oracle) – advantage.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High-level Hebrew and Fluent English
    (mother tongue level)
    – mandatory.
  • Strong analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, ability to lead projects, strong communication skills, and willingness to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
