As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional workplace experience. You'll oversee the smooth operations of our office in Tel Aviv, ensuring a productive, healthy, and engaging environment for employees.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and dedicated office manager and welfare operations to run all aspects of office operations and help us provide an exceptional work environment and experience to our employees while making things run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations Management

  • Ensure the office environment is fully equipped and supports employees' day-to-day needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain smooth office operations.
  • Manage office schedules, meeting rooms and employee requests.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office logistics
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, Security and Operations teams to optimize office processes.

Employee Welfare

  • Partner with the Employee Experience Manager to deliver meaningful welfare and engagement activities that foster a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Manage logistics and operational side of all of our welfare activities making sure everything runs smoothly
  • Plan and execute team gatherings, happy hours, and milestone celebrations with thoughtful attention to detail including managing budgets and policies.

Team Support and Development

  • Support new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain clear communication channels and resolve day-to-day operational issues quickly.
  • Foster a warm and positive office atmosphere, ensuring employee needs are heard and addressed.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across all teams and levels of the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or Facilities Coordinator in a high-tech company (preferred).
  • Familiarity with facility operations, maintenance frameworks, and vendor management (advantageous).
  • Positive, energetic, and service-oriented mindset with proactive, creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communicator with strong prioritization and workflow management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (including Excel).
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew (verbal and written).

This is a full-time, on-site position.
