Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jerusalem District, Israel, for a Customer Support Specialist. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries and concerns, resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service. The role also involves collaboration with the technical team to address support needs and continuously improving customer support processes.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to effectively address inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Technical Support expertise to assist users with technical issues and offer clear guidance on system functionalities.
  • Analytical Skills to identify patterns in user feedback and provide insights for service improvements.
  • Experience working in the tech or cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
