Responsibilities

  • Monthly Business Review
    : Analyze business performance vs. budget, track trends, and recommend actions for improvement.
  • Budget Planning
    : Collaborate on building the annual company budget.
  • Profit & Cost Analysis
    : Break down gross profit and operational expenses across brands and business units.
  • Reporting
    : Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for business units.
  • Business & Financial Analysis
    : Support business plans and conduct financial feasibility checks.
  • Data Validation
    : Ensure accuracy and consistency in system reports and data.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis
    : Deliver on-demand insights and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    : Work closely with various departments across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
    .
  • 2–4 years
    of experience as an economist or financial analyst.
  • Previous experience in
    retail
    – an advantage.
  • Strong
    analytical thinking
    , attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent
    teamwork and communication
    skills.
  • High
    work ethic
    and strong
    service orientation
    .
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
    skills.
  • Experience with
    BI tools
    (e.g., QlikView, Qlik Sense) – a plus.
  • Strong command of
    English
