What you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • High-tech industry experience – must have.
  • Hardware industry background – strong plus (
    solid understanding of
    supply chain, operations and inventory management
    analysis)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Provide analysis of supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory KPIs to optimize resource allocation and business performance.
  • Partner closely with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure financial visibility and control.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with insights on key drivers and trends.
  • Conduct variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year, explaining performance and identifying risks/opportunities.
  • Support global FP&A processes including annual budget cycles, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning.
  • Prepare presentations and financial reports for senior leadership and global stakeholders.
  • Lead ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and investment evaluations.
