About the role

We're looking for a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter & Office Coordinator to join our growing team in Israel. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves recruiting but will also enjoy getting involved in broader operations and helping shape our local presence from the ground up.

You'll lead all recruiting efforts for our technical roles, provide vital administrative and office support, and play a key role in establishing and maintaining our new Israel office.

What you'll do

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews to managing the candidate experience through offer acceptance.
  • Provide daily snapshots and updates of the candidate pipeline.
  • Identify and develop additional sourcing channels to attract top talent.
  • Help establish and strengthen the company's employer brand in Israel through creative recruiting outreach and engagement initiatives.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the process with interview coordination, reference checks, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in the ATS (experience with Rippling ATS highly preferred).

Office & Administrative Support:

  • Assist in leasing and setting up the company's first office in Israel.
  • Manage office operations once established, ensuring a smooth, productive, and welcoming environment for local staff.
  • Support the VP of R&D and other team members with administrative tasks.
  • Serve as the local point of contact for general operations and administrative processes.
Local HR & Compliance:
  • Coordinate with our Israel EOR (Employer of Record) and oversee the onboarding of local new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with Israel's payroll requirements, social benefits, and labor laws.
  • Help define workplace policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with US leadership to align on compensation, processes, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech and startup environments.
  • Experience recruiting for developer/engineering roles is highly preferred.
  • Experience using Rippling ATS is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Strong knowledge of Israel labor laws.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Hebrew a plus.
