אנו מחפשים ראש צוות Salesforce מנוסה ומקצועי/ת להצטרף לצוות שלנו, בארגון העוסק בטכנולוגיה חינוכית מתקדמת. התפקיד כולל שותפות עסקית (Business Partner) למחלקות השיווק והמכירות, הובלה וניהול של צוות מיישמי Salesforce (פנימיים וחיצוניים), אחריות על אפיון, יישום ופיתוח תהליכים במערכת Salesforce, יצירת ממשקים בין מערכות שונות.

נדרשת ראייה עסקית רחבה והבנה מערכתית לניהול פרויקטים מורכבים בעולם ה־CRM, כולל אחריות וניהול כולל של סביבת הייצור והעבודה השוטפת במערכת.

תחומי אחריות:

-ניהול והובלת צוות מיישמי Salesforce פנימיים וחיצוניים, כולל הדרכה, פיתוח מקצועי ובקרת ביצועים.

-אחריות כוללת על יישום, תחזוקה ותפעול של Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

-אפיון ויישום פתרונות עסקיים במערכת Salesforce.

-ניהול והובלת פרויקטים בסביבת Salesforce משלב הדרישות ועד עלייה לאוויר.

-יצירת ממשקים ואינטגרציות בין Salesforce למערכות פנים וחוץ ארגוניות.

-אחריות על סביבת הייצור והעבודה השוטפת במערכת Salesforce.

-שותפות עסקית למחלקות שיווק ומכירות, זיהוי צרכים והובלת פתרונות תומכי יעדים.

-עבודה בצוות תוך שיתוף פעולה עם גורמים מגוונים בארגון.

-ניתוח תהליכים עסקיים והובלת שינויים לשיפור וייעול הפעילות.

-כתיבת מסמכי אפיון, הדרכה וליווי משתמשים.

דרישות התפקיד:

-ניסיון של 5+ שנים ביישום Salesforce בארגון בינוני/גדול, לרבות ניסיון ניהולי של צוות מיישמים פנימיים וחיצוניים.

-ניסיון מוכח בניהול פרויקטים בסביבת Salesforce.

-ניסיון מעשי בניהול ותפעול Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

-ראייה עסקית והבנה מערכתית רחבה.

-היכרות מעמיקה עם מודולים: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (יתרון).

-ניסיון ביצירת ממשקים ואינטגרציות (API, ETL וכלים דומים).

-יכולת עבודה בצוות, אנרגיות גבוהות ויכולת עבודה בהספקים גבוהים.

-יכולת עבודה מול ממשקים עסקיים מגוונים והובלת תהליכים ארגוניים.

-יכולת גבוהה בלמידה עצמית, ניהול זמן ועמידה בלוחות זמנים.

יתרון משמעותי:

-שימוש בטכנולוגיות בינה מלאכותית כחלק מפתרונות Salesforce.

-ניסיון במערכות ופתרונות בתחום הטכנולוגיה החינוכית (EdTech).

-הסמכות Salesforce רלוונטיות (Administrator, App Builder, Consultant).
