build strategy, manage clients, lead a team — and also run killer campaigns
when needed.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the digital performance department
    — PPC, media buying, and strategy.
  • Work hands-on
    on campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Taboola & Outbrain.
  • Plan and execute smart strategies
    that drive real business results for our clients.
  • Grow the department's activity and profitability
    — your revenue impact = your earning growth.
  • Manage budgets, optimize performance, and set a high operational standard.
  • Build strong client relationships, understand business structures, and spot growth opportunities.
  • Mentor the team, shape workflows, and take ownership of performance outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Deep, practical PPC knowledge
    — you know the platforms inside out and love the details.
  • 3+ years of
    hands-on campaign management
    experience with proven results.
  • Strategic thinking + business understanding — you see the bigger picture.
  • Strong client management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to build and scale a department.
  • A data-driven, curious, and proactive personality.
