At Curve, we obsess about our customers. The purpose of the Senior Designer is to be the brains behind the features we release, to conceptualise and implement innovative ideas and designs that have the user in mind at every stage of the design process. You will define how our customers interact with us, with a global reach of 31 countries your designs will have a global impact and portray to the market how we are incorporating the wants and needs of multiple customer bases.

We are committed to providing a world-class standard for our customers, through research into behavioural-changing features and to validate designs you will look into best practises and methodologies to adhere to the high expectations we set. It will be a joint venture between the Senior Designer and the Product Managers to shape the product strategy and product vision, and a collaborative effort between the entire Product team to ensure we are consistent with our brand vision.

Key Accountabilities:

• Work in a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team alongside the Senior Product Manager defining experiences at high level, right through to engineering execution and iteration.
• Integrate design systems at scale
• Produce assets across channels - CRM, Web, Stores, App and more aligning with teams and brand
• Use Generative AI intelligently and build out any agentic AI processes needed to help accelerate the design process whilst maintaining quality. 
• Proactively identify problems and opportunities to be both studied and quantified, and formulate relevant questions and hypotheses to be validated. 
• Collaborate and communicate with many stakeholders across the organisation, producing high design and documentation to facilitate meetings and interactions where product and design are involved.
• Be a highly active contributor to Curve's product team. We're a close-knit group of individuals who really care about the betterment of our team's processes and constantly strive to improve them.

Skills & Experience:

• You have 5+ years of experience as a designer with relevant work experience. 
• You have a strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates your product design process and work.
• Highly skilled in Figma UXUI, pixel precision, design patterns and libraries. 
• Have key skills in Figma design system creation and management to be able to scale and branch design. 
• You have a platform-specific knowledge of both iOS and Android.
• You're able to confidently communicate your design decisions effectively to necessary stakeholders.
• You're deeply customer-focused and always strive to understand who you are solving problems for, with a data-driven approach.
• You are independent, self-starting and consistently deliver on commitments across multiple projects.
• Demonstrate creative acumen cross channel
• Demonstrate an appreciation of  how Generative AI can augment the creative and design process. 
• You have experience of agile development processes and how to effectively integrate design with a development team.
• You have experience in user research, having understanding of effective question scoping and can utilise your findings. 
• You strive to improve yourself on a daily basis, taking and providing constructive feedback to and from members of your team.
