As a Product Manager, you will support the end-to-end delivery of Payments and Fraud initiatives. This includes a large-scale migration to a new payments platform, shaping a seamless user experience, drafting business requirements documents (BRDs), and collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, compliance, and operations teams.
What you'll be doing
As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:
Own payment products end-to-end - from research, ideation, and definition to execution, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and shape the future direction of our payments offering.
Write clear, detailed BRDs, PRDs, and user stories that translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
Partner with design team to build simple, intuitive, and frictionless payment experiences.
Work closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to deliver solutions that meet business and user needs.
Lead a high-impact platform migration project, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal risk and maximum value.
Present product plans, updates, and results to senior leadership and influence key business decisions.
Monitor performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve the product post-launch.

Essential skills you'll bring to the table
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven company.
A proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects from concept to launch.
Strong experience writing and managing detailed product requirements and documentation.
Solid understanding of payment platforms, transaction flows, and payment technologies.
Comfortable collaborating with engineering and technical teams on deep execution details.
Experience with system migrations or platform transitions is highly desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
A proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
Desirable skills you've got up your sleeve
It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:
Experience in fintech or payments
In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
