Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled
IT Administrator
with strong expertise in
Office 365 environments
and a solid background in
on-premises infrastructure
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, enjoys migration work, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

The Information Technology Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support, managing network and system administration tasks, and troubleshooting various IT issues. The role requires close collaboration with team members to ensure the stability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
  • Lead and support migrations from on-premises Exchange and file systems to Office 365 cloud services.
  • Execute and troubleshoot
    Office 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
    .
  • Monitor system performance, ensure security compliance, and optimize configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Document processes, configurations, and migration plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3 years of hands-on experience
    managing Office 365 environments.
  • Strong understanding of Office 365 architecture and services.
  • Proven experience with
    on-premises systems
    and
    cloud migration projects
    .
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications such as
    MS-100, MS-101, AZ-104, or equivalent
    .
  • Experience with hybrid environments and identity management (Azure AD Connect, ADFS).
  • Prior involvement in
    Office 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects
    .
