Are you in?
We are looking for a responsible, independent field technician with strong mechanical and technical skills to join our manufacturing and operations team for projects in Taiwan (and occasionally in the U.S.).

The role includes managing production tasks, supervising assembly lines, performing quality checks, troubleshooting technical issues on-site, and providing regular reports to the management team in Israel

What You'll Do:

  • On-site presence at manufacturing facilities in Taiwan (and occasionally in the U.S.)
  • Performing mechanical and technical tasks during assembly and testing phases
  • Supervising subcontractors and factory workers
  • Monitoring build quality and conducting final quality assurance
  • Documenting processes and reporting to teams in Israel
  • Solving technical issues in real time with hands-on initiative and creative thinking

What We're Looking For:

  • Availability and willingness for long term travel
  • Previous mechanical/technical experience
  • High technical aptitude and hands-on capabilities
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing field conditions
  • Independence, reliability, and ability to work remotely with Israeli teams
