Production Project Manager | Ashdod, Central District | IAI – ELTA Systems

We are looking for a
Production Project Manager
to join the Engineering & Systems plant at IAI's ELTA Division.

The position includes:

  • Managing the supply chain for division projects.
  • Overseeing production and procurement, including monitoring and controls.
  • Working with multiple interfaces inside and outside ELTA, such as quality, finance, procurement, inventory, engineering, business project managers, and .
  • Preparing work plans and presenting them to management and customers.
  • Working in a combined office and field environment.

What we are looking for:

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – required
  • Experience in project management, supply chain operations, or work plan development – advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and take full responsibility for all project phases
  • Service-oriented mindset and ability to engage stakeholders to ensure project success
