Job Description

The manager will be responsible for all the needs of the Operations Division on behalf of the Information Systems department, serving as IS Business Partner to the head of the Division and his leadership team.

The role includes system analysis, product & project management for maintaining existing systems, developing new features, and resolving bugs. Additionally, the manager will be involved in selecting future systems and managing the project with the chosen vendors. The role involves managing system analysts, developers, and QA, while working in an agile manner with the team and the business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the team's work plan with the CIO and the business unit.
  • Managing relevant employees and suppliers.
  • Responding to changing business needs.
  • Managing system analysts, developers, QA, and being responsible for their professional development and meeting their goals.
  • Agile management with the team and the business unit.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in system analysis and project management.
  • Ability to handle pressure and balance between bugs, feature development, and new projects.
  • Experience in vendors management.
  • Team management skills.
  • Significant advantage for experience in agile product management.
  • Mandatory experience in the insurance field, preferably with insurance agencies.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Information Systems, or another relevant field.
  • Advantage for candidates with a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems or another relevant field.
  • Advantage for familiarity with UX/UI.

Required Interpersonal Skills

  • Ability to lead and mentor employees.
  • Broad systemic and process-oriented vision.
  • Ability to lead large processes and projects.
  • Ability to work with multiple interfaces and the organization's management.
